I cannot overstress how wonderful they are here! We had a bit of an emergency on our hands and they helped us out, same day; and the follow up was incredible! Received a text summary then an email summary of the entire visit and everything! Such a wonderful staff, I can't say enough good things about our experience here!

Dr. Gage was amazing with my cat Momo! Everyone in the practice is so friendly and they are very reasonably priced! Momo had to have 2 teeth extracted and they made the process so easy to understand and they were truly so kind, they even saw i was 30 weeks pregnant and offered each time I brought Momo to carry him to my car for me! Gentle kind and caring we will definitely be back!

I had a very good experience with Compassion Veterinary Center when I brought my dog Oreo in. The staff was very nice, caring, and compassionate, which means a lot when you’re worried about your pet. What I really appreciated was that they followed up afterward. They called and sent emails to check on Oreo and see how he was doing. That showed me they actually cared beyond just the appointment. Overall, I’m grateful for the way they treated Oreo and for the kindness they showed me during the whole experience. I would definitely recommend this location.

Shout out to SUSAN The Angel! She fixed my problem with my dog's meds order with one phone call to the pharmacy and she called me back to assure things were taken care of! Rare work ethics needing recognition! And a raise, if the owner is reading this 🙂

I am writing to share my positive experience following a recent visit with my cat Mr. Scruples. I was very impressed with the care and attention we received. The entire staff was professional and welcoming, and the level of service provided for Mr. Scruples was exceptional. It is a relief to have such a reliable and compassionate team looking after my pet’s health. They took my concerns seriously, and kept me calm when I was stressed. Thank you!

We had to say goodbye to our beloved cat, Charlie, and the veterinarian and staff were nothing short of extraordinary. Their compassion, gentleness, and understanding helped carry us through one of the hardest moments a pet owner can face. They treated Charlie with such dignity and showed our family incredible kindness. We will always be grateful.

Dr. Allison is absolutely amazing. She is incredibly personable and thorough. The entire staff is also amazing — knowledgeable, friendly, and always very welcoming. You can tell everyone genuinely cares and they truly take the time to make sure you understand everything about your pet’s care. I highly recommend.

Fantastic staff and Doctors! My male cat had a urinary blockage and they were quick to see us and treat him! Reasonable prices as well, his procedure didn’t break the bank as we expected. Very companionate and helpful! Will be returning for primary care.

I'm so grateful for the amazing experiences I had at this vet office! From the start, they were incredibly transparent about all costs, explaining everything clearly before any procedures or services were done. What really stood out was their commitment to helping me afford the best care for my pets. My dog had bugs in his eyes (yuck) from flies laying eggs in them and they removed the bugs while also making sure I’d be able to afford his vaccinations, exam, and medications since I’m a full time college student who is low on funds. They worked with me to find options that fit my budget without compromising on quality. I could tell they genuinely cared, which is so hard to find. The staff was compassionate and professional, making a stressful situation much easier to handle. I highly recommend them to any pet owner!

This is the best veterinary center that I have ever brought my cats to. One of my 16 year old cats was so sick I thought he would have to be put down. Options were discussed by Dr. Sarah in the "Comfort Room" where I felt distress about putting him down. Then I was told his condition was treatable with medication and a change in diet. My cat, after a few days, seems on the mend. Last year both my cats had a medical emergency due to citrus poisoning that was from a product advertised as safe for cats and dogs. It wasn't. Both were seen right away and treated making a full recovery. This vet clinic is also the cleanest I have taken any pet to. Clean surfaces, no urine smell, and a large waiting area.

We scheduled an appointment at Compassion but on the day of the visit, our furbaby passed away. We contacted them to see if they had a container for burial, they not only offered condolences but gave us the container without charge. They were very kind. Our only issue is that the facility has a handicapped accessible incline up to the building but you can't get inside without assistance since there are steps to enter. Update: This new location was clean, well lit & inviting & the staff were friendly & extremely helpful in supporting me with my "less than thrilled to see the vet" cat. We were taken in fairly quick & they made sure to explain any services & additional costs that may be needed. This is nice to know up front without the hidden surprises. This new location was fully accessibility including access to the restroom. A big plus! ♿ My visit was such a pleasant experience I'd recommend them to anyone seeking caring & compassionate pet care.
